Virender Sehwag holds the record for the highest individual score in One-Day Internationals: 219 off 149 balls. The next highest individual score in ODIs is 209 by Rohit Sharma.

Donald Bradman has the highest batting average in Test cricket (99.94). It is considered to be the greatest achievement by a cricketer ever.

8)Most wickets in international cricket

Muttiah Muralitharan is the leading wicket-taker in both ODIs and Test matches. he has picked up 534 wickets in ODIs and 800 wickets in Tests.

9)Highest individual score in a Test Innings

















Brain Lara holds the record for the highest individual score in a Test innings: 400 not out against England at Antigua in 2004.

10)19 wickets in a Test match

















Jim Laker is the first bowler to take 10 wickets in an innings of a Test match. He had figures of 9/37 in the first innings and 10/53 in the second innings against Australia at Old Trafford in 1956.
